The Torchlight Condominium Association consist of eight cottage units that are individually owned by the members of the association. Each owner decides if they wish to rent their unit or not. You can obtain additional information about each of the units and rental information by clicking on the links below. If you want to submit a rental request you will need to do this after clicking on one of the units below. Each request is sent to the respective units owner. Once your request has been submitted you will deal with the unit owner regarding schedule approval, rates or any other special needs. Sorry, association rules do not allow pets with rentals. If I am interested in renting a cottage how do I check availability? From the Renters Page you would click on the unit you are interested in. There are 8 units total. It is the individual owners option to rent their unit or not. Once you have clicked on a unit it will take you to an information page about that unit. If the unit is available to rent you would then click on the link to submit a rental request. This will take you to a form. You will need to fill out the form and click submit. Your request will be sent to the individual owner for their review. They will respond back to you either with clarifying questions or a confirmation providing you with what the next step would be. This process is not immediate and responses will depend on the owners availability. If the owners phone and mailing address are listed you could alternatively write or call them directly.	Renter Access August 12, 2010 Renters If you are shopping for a cottage to rent then Torchlight Resort is the place to be. Renters can shop online to find available cottages, submit online request for reservations or additional information. There is also email and phone contact information for each of the cottages available to rent. You just need to go to www.torchlakeca.com then click on renters The available cottages will be highlighted in green. You can then click on the selected cottage.
